Responsibilities
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance
- Monitor performance during production phases
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair equipment in order to minimise downtime.
- Check, update and tune equipment
- Fully activate new engines or newly installed systems
- Prepare servicing reports by the assigned deadline
- On-call periods
Skills/Profile
- Training in electrotechnology or mechanics/electromechanics with focus on engines (public works/agricultural/heavy duty, etc.)
- Automation (STEP 5 and STEP 7), mechanics and thermal knowledge
- Successful experience in post-sales field service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and maintain a positive customer relationship
- Thorough, able to work independently, responsible and available
- Comprehension of oral and written technical English
- Understanding of IT tools
- Valid driver’s licence

- Plan, organise and coordinate servicing carried out by field technicians (from preparation to processing of servicing reports)
- Anticipate servicing as part of managing agreements

- Process external and internal customer requests
- Complete all reports and studies requested by superiors
